The Event (the Hour or the punishment of disbelievers and polytheists or the Islamic laws or commandments), ordained by Allah will come to pass, so seek not to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate as partners with Him.(1) He sends down the angels with inspiration of His Command to whom of His slaves He pleases (saying): "Warn mankind that La ilaha illa Ana (none has the right to be worshipped but I), so fear Me (by abstaining from sins and evil deeds).(2) He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all they associate as partners with Him

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. Alif Lam Ra. These are verses of the enlightening Book.(1) We have sent it down, as an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may understand.(2) By revealing this Qur’an to you, we hereby narrate to you the best narrative, while before this you were among those unaware (of it).(3) (It happened) when Yusuf said to his father, “My father, I saw (in dream) eleven stars and the Sun and the Moon; I saw them all fallen prostrate before me.’’(4) He said, “My son, do not relate your dream to your brothers, lest they should devise a plan against you. Surely, Satan is an open enemy for mankind.(5) And it will be in this way that your Lord will choose you and teach you the correct interpretation of events, and will perfect His bounty upon you and upon the House of Ya‘qoob, as He has perfected it earlier upon your fore-fathers, Ibrahim and IsHaque. Surely, your Lord is All-Wise, All-Knowing.”(6) Surely, in (the story of) Yusuf and his brothers, there are signs for those who ask.(7) (It happened) when they said, “Yusuf and his brother are dearer to our father than we are, while we are a whole group. Surely, our father is in clear error.
شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے ﴿﴾ الٓرا۔ یہ کتاب روشن کی آیتیں ہیں۔﴿۱﴾ ہم نے اس قرآن کو عربی میں نازل کیا ہے تاکہ تم لوگ سمجھ سکو۔﴿۲﴾ اے پیغمبر ہم اس قرآن کے ذریعے سے جو ہم نے تمہاری طرف بھیجا ہے تمہیں ایک نہایت اچھا قصہ سناتے ہیں۔ اور تم اس سے پہلے بےخبر تھے۔﴿۳﴾ جب یوسف نے اپنے والد سے کہا کہ ابا میں نے خواب میں گیارہ ستاروں اور سورج اور چاند کو دیکھا ہے۔ دیکھتا کیا ہوں کہ وہ مجھے سجدہ کر رہے ہیں۔﴿۴﴾ انہوں نے کہا کہ بیٹا! اپنے خواب کا ذکر اپنے بھائیوں سے نہ کرنا نہیں تو وہ تمہارے حق میں کوئی چال چلیں گے۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ شیطان انسان کا کھلا دشمن ہے۔﴿۵﴾ اور اسی طرح اللہ تمہیں برگزیدہ و ممتاز کرے گا اور خواب کی باتوں کی تعبیر کا علم سکھائے گا۔ اور جس طرح اس نے اپنی نعمت پہلے تمہارے دادا پردادا ابراہیم اور اسحٰق پر پوری کی تھی اسی طرح تم پر اور اولاد یعقوب پر پوری کرے گا بیشک تمہارا پروردگار سب کچھ جاننے والا ہے حکمت والا ہے۔﴿۶﴾ ہاں یوسف اور انکے بھائیوں کے قصے میں پوچھنے والوں کے لئے بہت سی نشانیاں ہیں۔﴿۷﴾ جب انہوں نے آپس میں تذکرہ کیا کہ یوسف اور اس کا بھائی ابا کو ہم سے زیادہ پیارے ہیں حالانکہ ہم جماعت کی جماعت ہیں۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ ابا کھلی غلطی پر ہیں

بیشک
ایمان والے کامیاب ہو گئے۔ جو نماز میں عجزونیاز کرتے ہیں۔ اور جو بیہودہ
باتوں سے منہ موڑے رہتے ہیں۔ اور جو زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں۔ اور جو اپنی
شرمگاہوں کی حفاظت کرتے ہیں۔ مگر اپنی بیویوں سے یا کنیزوں سے جو انکی مِلک
ہوتی ہیں کہ ان سے تعلق قائم کرنے میں انہیں ملامت نہیں۔ اور جو ان کے سوا
اوروں کے طالب ہوں وہ اللہ کی مقرر کی ہوئی حد سے نکل جانے والے ہیں۔ اور
جو امانتوں اور اقراروں کو ملحوظ رکھتے ہیں۔ اور جو نمازوں کی پابندی کرتے
ہیں (المومنون 1-11)

The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Quran) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone). (They are) those who establish Sal?h, and give away from what We have given to them.(3) Those are the believers in reality. For them there are high ranks with their Lord, and forgiveness, and dignified provision (Al-Anfal 2-4)

مومن تو وہ ہیں کہ جب اللہ کا ذکر کیا جاتا ہے تو انکے دل ڈر جاتے ہیں اور جب انہیں اسکی آیتیں پڑھ کر سنائی جاتی ہیں تو ان کا ایمان اور بڑھ جاتا ہے۔ اور وہ اپنے پروردگار پر بھروسہ رکھتے ہیں۔﴿۲﴾ اور وہ جو نماز قائم کرتے ہیں اور جو مال ہم نے انکو دیا ہے اس میں سے نیک کاموں میں خرچ کرتے ہیں۔﴿۳﴾ یہی سچے مومن ہیں اور انکے لئے انکے پروردگار کے ہاں بڑے بڑے درجے ہیں اور بخشش اور عزت کی روزی ہے۔ الانفال2-4

O you who believe, fear Allah, and everybody must consider what he (or she) has sent ahead for tomorrow. And fear Allah. Surely Allah is fully aware of what you do.(18) Do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget their own selves. Those are the sinners.(19) The people of Hell and the people of Paradise are not equal. The people of Paradise are the successful.(20) Had We sent down this Qur’?n to a mountain, you would have seen it humbled, burst apart out of awe for Allah. We cite such examples for people, so that they may ponder.(21) He is Allah, besides whom there is no god, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is All-Merciful, Very-Merciful.(22) He is Allah, besides whom there is no god, the Sovereign, the Supreme-In-Holiness, the Safe (from all defects), the Giver-Of-Peace, the Guardian, the All-Mighty, the All-Repairer, the Sublime. Pure is Allah from what they associate with Him.(23) He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. His are the Most Beautiful Names. His purity is proclaimed by all that is in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.(24)

شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے ﴿﴾ الٓرا۔ یہ ایک پرنور کتاب ہے اس کو ہم نے تم پر اس لئے نازل کیا ہے کہ تم لوگوں کو اندھیروں سے نکال کر روشنی کی طرف لے جاؤ یعنی انکے پروردگار کے حکم سے عزت والے خوبیوں والے مالک کے رستے کی طرف۔﴿۱﴾ یعنی اس اللہ کے راستے کی طرف کہ جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے سب اسی کا ہے۔ اور ان کافروں کے لئے عذاب شدید کی وجہ سے تباہی اور بربادی مقدر ہے۔﴿۲﴾ جو آخرت کے مقابلے میں دنیاوی زندگی کو پسند کرتے اور لوگوں کو اللہ کے رستے سے روکتے اور اس میں کجی چاہتے ہیں یہ لوگ بڑے دور کی گمراہی میں ہیں۔﴿۳﴾ اور ہم نے کوئی پیغمبر نہیں بھیجا مگر وہ اپنی قوم کی زبان بولتا تھا تاکہ انہیں احکام الٰہی کھول کھول کر بتا دے۔ پھر اللہ جسے چاہتا ہے گمراہ رہنے دیتا ہے۔ اور جسے چاہتا ہے ہدایت دیتا ہے اور وہ غالب ہے حکمت والا ہے۔﴿۴﴾ اور ہم نے موسٰی کو اپنی نشانیاں دے کر بھیجا کہ اپنی قوم کو تاریکیوں سے نکال کر روشنی میں لے جاؤ۔ اور ان کو اللہ کے دن یاد دلاؤ۔ اور اس میں ان لوگوں کے لئے جو صابر و شاکر ہیں نشانیاں ہیں
